1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Petrodweep, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to administrators, employees, and credit customers using features such as shift management, employee management, credit customer management, coupon generation, vouchers, bills, task managers, reporting, and invoice management.

2. Services Provided

Petrodweep provides a comprehensive platform for petrol pump management, including but not limited to:

• Shift Management: Scheduling and tracking employee shifts.
• Employee Management: Managing employee records and performance.
• Credit Customers: Managing credit accounts for customers.
• Coupon Generation: Creating and distributing coupons, including via WhatsApp, for credit customers.
• Vouchers and Bills: Generating and managing vouchers and billing records.
• Task Managers: Assigning and tracking tasks for employees.
• Invoice Management: Creating, tracking, and managing invoices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Petrodweep at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of Petrodweep.
• Compliance: You agree to use Petrodweep in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not use Petrodweep to engage in any unlawful activity, transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Petrodweep.

4. Coupon and WhatsApp Distribution

Petrodweep may allow petrol pump operators to distribute coupons or operational messages to credit customers through WhatsApp. You are responsible for ensuring that recipients have consented to receive such communications and that distribution complies with applicable data protection, telecom, and messaging laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Petrodweep, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are the exclusive property of Technodweep and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Petrodweep without prior written consent.

6. Payment and Subscription

Petrodweep may operate on a subscription-based model. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your subscription plan or order terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to Petrodweep.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Petrodweep at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms Petrodweep, Technodweep, or other users. You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to Petrodweep will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including intellectual property, payment obligations, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technodweep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Petrodweep, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or operational interruptions. Petrodweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated through email, the App, or the Platform. Your continued use of Petrodweep after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
